Jos 21:43 And the LORD gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.
Jos 21:44 And the LORD gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand.
Jos 21:45 There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.

Is that right? I think you said this to me before if I remember right. Have you ever seen a map which showed the borders of their possession? I haven't.

At any rate, I bet their borders are expanded when Jesus comes again.

I didn't mean it like that. I know it has to be true if it is Gods word and all but, I didn't think they ever possessed it all. How long did they hold it?

You have probably heard the same thing I did. People like John Hagee, who promote the end times dispensational view say that the Jews have never possessed all the land that God had promised so it must still happen in the future because God promised. Well that's true and God did keep His promise, Joshua scripture says so.
But did God say they would keep it forever? Were there stipulations?

That's interesting. I have to remember that this time, lol. I think I'll read up on it a bit and try to discover how long they held it before it being taken away again.

I *think* that I read that they will possess is forever at some point, i don't know when. There were always stipulations to Israel. If this then that type of thing.
