God's Great Free Gift of Salvation for Everyone

OK people
I'm outta here.
Tomorrow we get back to serious discussion.
Roger will no longer repeat that I try to save myself.
And Electedbyhim will admit I'm a great teacher.

Do you know what a body of death was?
Paul was most likely referring to what the Romans did to a murderer. They tied the victim to the murderers back (back to back) and let the rotting decay of the corpse decompose killing the murder in the process.

What a way to go.

Why don't you explain to us, instead, how God could be just If He sends SOME AND NOT ALL off to hell if we are ALL BORN DEPRAVED and deserving of hell.

And, of course, no calvinist has ever answered my quote of Calvin's....

Book 3
Chapter 24
Paragraph 8.....

there are two species of calling: for there is an universal call, by which God, through the external preaching of the word, invites all men alike, even those for whom he designs the call to be a savor of death, and the ground of a severer condemnation. Besides this there is a special call which, for the most part, God bestows on believers only, when by the internal illumination of the Spirit he causes the word preached to take deep root in their hearts. Sometimes, however, he communicates it also to those whom he enlightens only for a time, and whom afterwards, in just punishment for their ingratitude, he abandons and smites with greater blindness.
Another blame God for man's sin post?
This quote is correct.2cor.teaches this.
Guess you did not know it was scripture

God is responsible for man's sin. God has assumed full responsible for man's sin. This is why he sent his Son Jesus Christ into the world to atone for the sins of humanity. John 3:17. "God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son" John 3:16. When you are responsible for something, you take action to remedy the problem.

The problem has been resolved, Hebrews 1:3. Jesus has victoriously defeated sin, death and the devil so that, "Whosoever that shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved" Romans 10:13. The gates of heaven are wide open to all that want to be saved. Jesus has tasted death for everyone, Hebrews 2:9.

Another ungodly God dishonoring post.
God is not and cannot be the author of sin.
Another denial of the Covenant of Redemption.

Who said that God was the author of sin? The term "Covenant of redemption" is foreign to the Bible. I think that you are blowing smoke.
There's no covenant called the covenant of redemption. The reformed cannot teach the normal covenants because they'd have to accept free will.

Seems like you did:

"God is responsible for man's sin." post#733
Except that God is responsible for man's sin since He predestinated EVERYTHING before the beginning of the world.

Even sinning.

Except, oddly enough, this JUST God of yours still holds us responsible.
