Genesis 26:5
Because that Abraham obeyed My voice, and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My Torahs.

James 2:21-22
Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?

John 8:39
They answered and said unto Him, Abraham is our father. YESHUA saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.

Jesus does need to be received by faith but the peace made between God and man (reconciliation) was not by mans works. God provided the lamb.

What work did you do to have your "sins" forgiven other than come to Christ by faith?
and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace
through his blood, shed on the cross.

You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me, 40 yet you refuse to come to me to have life.

Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—

Such was based on a promise of God.
For if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on the promise; but God in his grace gave it to Abraham through a promise.

To those that receive Him, He gives the Power to be sons of God

The New Covenant is the Torah written upon hearts of flesh that His people would keep His Torah. Hebrews 8:10, Jeremiah 31:33, Ezekiel 11:19-20

Romans 2:7
To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
Romans 2:13
(For not the hearers of the Torah are just before God, but the doers of the Torah shall be justified.

Matthew 7:21
Not every one that saith unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the Will of My Father which is in heaven.

Psalms 40:8 I delight to do Thy Will, O my God, yea, Thy Torah is within my heart

While it is true that keeping the Torah does not save anyone, but those that are born again are given the Holy Spirit in order that they would keep the Torah
The Will of God is His Torah = His Instructions on how to live as a redeemed people
The whole counsel of God.

The Holy Spirit is the Christians guide and keeper, John 16:13-14. The Torah (Law) has been abolished, Ephesians 2:15. Jesus nailed it to his cross, Colossians 2:14. The will of God is that you trust in his Son Jesus Christ for your salvation.

Since the Torah has been abolished, nailed to the cross as you so firmly believe that the passages you sited are teaching.

Then where is "your" new covenant that you claim to believe in? Because the New Covenant is the Torah written upon hearts of flesh by the power of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, which guides a believer into all truth, Thy Torah is the Truth Psalms 119:142

He died for our sins, that what was nailed to the cross. The Dogmas that were against us was the barrier that kept Jew and Ethnos apart.

In the Millennium The Torah will be taught Isaiah 2:3-5

And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of YHWH, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the Torah, and the word of YHWH from Jerusalem.

And He shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of YHWH.

Define "Torah" that must be kept.
I have the Spirit of Christ in me and I don't follow Jewish customs. I am neither kosher nor do I keep a sabbath day as is in the law. A absence of work with even meals prepared in advance.

Those God calls His children.
children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—

There were many in Israel in Jesus's day but only those who believed in Him were redeemed. As in saved by grace through "faith"

The Torah is the first five books of the Bible. Part of those books, especially Leviticus, is a set of laws, many of which apply to an early Middle Eastern society. And many of them are irrelevant to living in an advanced industrial society.

The New Covenant is concerned with the spirit -- internal governance -- as opposed to the law, which is external governance. For example, there is nothing in Torah about driving above the speed limit or watching pornography on the internet. Both of these are inappropriate for a Christian, but aren't mentioned in Torah.

Following the OT law will never make anyone righteous in God's eyes. It never has, and it never will.

1 Peter 1:16
Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I Am Holy.

Where is this written? It can be found twice in Leviticus Chapter 11, The Entire Chapter is about what is Food and what is not food.

And before anyone twists the meaning of Peter's vision he had, How about what Peter said that it meant.

Acts 10:28

And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

Where in the Torah does it say that it is unlawful for a Jew to keep company with one from another nation? Nowhere, That's was a commandment given by those who sat in Moses seat, the dogmas that kept Jews from associating with other Ethnos, that was the wall that was torn down.

When YESHUA returns those eating swine's flesh will be consumed, and it does not matter how much you pray over it, It will never be sanctified by the word of God as Food.

Isaiah 66:

15

For, behold, YHWH will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and His rebuke with flames of fire.

16

For by fire and by His sword will YHWH plead with all flesh: and the slain of YHWH shall be many.

17

They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith YHWH.

The prodigal son ends up with the swine, far from the Father and His Commandments

YESHUA at the behest of a legion of demons cast them into a herd of swine that immediately run down a hill and off a cliff and drown in the sea, It appears that they were being kept for food, and their request served His purpose

Don't be set apart, eat what God says is unclean, and continue to profane the name of the God that changes not, the One who is the same yesterday today and forever by claiming you follow Him.

The doublethink that some go through to justify their lawlessness is simply unimaginable.

Paul said, "Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believes" Romans 10:4. To everyone that believes the Gospel. Jesus is the end and the fulfillment of the law. All that the law demands has been fulfilled by Jesus. To continue to follow after the law is to be under the curse, Galatians 3:10. Because it is a denial that Jesus is the end of the law for righteousness.

This is from God in regard to the forgiveness of sin. (grace)
and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

The peace made was by the blood of Christ which He shed for the forgiveness of sins. That was a work of God not man. That is how "God" chose to forgive sins.

Repentance is always a good start in receiving the gift of God.

Jesus to Paul
to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’

By the decree of God.
“It is too small a thing for you to be my servant
to restore the tribes of Jacob
and bring back those of Israel I have kept.
I will also make you a light for the Gentiles,
that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.”
Then they gathered around him and asked him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?”

7He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. 8But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth
With light comes accountability to all peoples of all nations. It wasn't the law of Moses that was sent. But certainty Godly lifestyles and keeping oneself from sinning was emphasized and instructed.

Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations.

Importance
You know the commandments: ‘You shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, you shall not defraud, honor your father and mother.’”

Love God
Love others as Christ loved
Abstain from sexual immorality

YESHUA is the Goal of the Torah for Righteousness, to be conformed into the image of His Son

Without "Love", not torah, one does not know Him because God is Love.
If you choose to serve God in the outdated way of the written code that's up to you but that doesn't make us "lawless" nor does it bring you perfection. Jesus is of the tribe of Judah and in the order of Melchizedek which speaks to a change of law. The forgiveness of sin isn't received by following the law but by faith in Christ Jesus. Loving God and others is the path to perfection not following some outdated written code which made no one perfect.
I would rather promote Christ Jesus not torah.

But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code

Neither of you love God or the children of God

1 John 5:2
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep His commandments.

1 John 3:4

Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the Torah: for sin is the transgression of the Torah.

1 John 3:10

In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

You have added the word "Goal" to Romans 10:4. This is how heretics pervert God's word. Add a word, subtract a word and you can make the Bible say almost anything.

We know "Jesus's command" - Love one another

Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. 9 The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” 10 Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

News for you, In any Translation the full nuances of the original words are not fully revealed, the Primary Meaning is the Goal at the end of something one is headed towards, as stated in the definitions, and if you really want to see how many different ways Telos is translated look at its usage in the second link, the first being the different ways it is translated in the KJV, the second the 131 times it is found in the LXX.

"For Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes." NRSVue, copyright 2022. An excellent translation!

"For Christ is the end of the law, with the result that there is righteousness for everyone who believes." NET

"For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God." NLT

Don't forget: all English translations are interpretations of the early languages. In this case Koine Greek has different vocabulary, verb tenses, idioms, etc. Claiming that a particular word is added or subtracted is meaningless unless it changes the meaning.

There are other scriptures that support Romans 10:4. Paul said that we should become dead to the law, Romans 7:1-4.

And then Paul referred to the law as a schoolmaster, Galatians 3:24. But after faith is come we are no longer under the schoolmaster, Galatians 3:25.

Worse yet, Paul said to be under the law is a curse, Galatians 3:10.

And then Paul said that the law works wrath, Romans 4:15.
