2. Noah was told to gather food for the trip , we are not told in the Bible the menu plan for all the occupants .
If you would like to believe that God did not tell them how much and what kind of food to take I am not sure why you would .

3. Unless I am missing something I believe potable water would have been in abundance .

4. Remember that God is the sponsor for this trip and he would have had the details covered .

Things to think about , how active would all the animals be on rocking boat in almost continual darkness ?

But the way that Hebrews wrote about God and His works is very different from they way modern people write on message boards. That seems obvious to me, but maybe it's not obvious to everyone.
