I'M OLD!!!

I think that the book of Ecclesiastes is an ideal thought base when considering issues of ageing, etc. Kind of puts things into perspective.

Blessings.

According to Solomon the old have an advantage over the young.

Ecc 7:1 A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth.

The book def puts life into perspective as you say Farouk; everything is meaningless unless God is involved in our life.

I might be old but that picture pretty much nails it farouk. That is very close to the way I wear my hair.I do not like hair....

Kind of simple and chic style, I guess...

Blessings.

It seems JFK was a bit late in his speech in 1961 as I was already employed in the Mercury Program putting Armstrong into orbit with the Atlas rocket, and we had been working on the Centaur Moon vehicle booster at that time also. If I understand it correctly, maybe he should have said; Hey, we've already been spending your money in space, so how about now funding it? Gotcha :poke

Yes, and I used to try and imitate it.I love different accents :)

Yes.....Yall... :)

I thought Johnson's best speech was the one he made at Andrews shortly after arriving from Dallas. Simple and dignified and to the point. (Apparently Lady Bird helped write it.)
