I always thought "Christian" meant follower or disciple of Jesus Christ. I guess the OP means Christ was himself a Christian...a follower of Himself?

It is most assuredly in the Bible that no one can see the kingdom unless that one is born again. Are you one of us born again men?

You can tell others that is truly, truly True that unless someone is born from above, he is not able to see the kingdom of God.

Jesus had no sin.
Therefore, He did not need to be born again.

Christians who are baptized are given new life IN CHRIST.
Christ did not need new life in himself.
In Him was life. (John 1:4)
He didn't need new life.
He is and has always been and forever will be: LIFE.

Christians who are baptized are united to Christ.
Christ did not need to be united to Christ.

And Jesus was not a Christian, He is God the Son.

Act 11:26b ...in Antioch the disciples were for the first time called Christians.
A Christian is a disciple of Christ.
Jesus is not a disciple of Himself.
The word "Christian" refers to a disciple of Christ, not to Christ Himself.

I believe that Jesus is:
God the logos (John 1:1)
The logos made flesh (John 1:14)
The flesh God took on was that of a Jew, born under the Law.
So, as a Jew he honored His mother and Father as is holy and righteous.
As a Jew he was circumcised on the 8th day as is holy and righteous.
As a human being he ate and drank and had normal human functions. If He had not done so then He would have not been able to atone for the sins of man.

What denomination do you attend?
