Babylon-Rev 18;24
And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Jerusalem-Mathew 23;35
That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zechariah son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the alter.

Scripture can not be wrong.Jesus can not be wrong.
When trying to understand prophecy ,its best to compare scripture to scripture before jumping to wrong conclusions.

The people of Israel are being blamed for the events that follow, for their rejection of Yahshua being the Messiah. You are forgetting about the millions of Christian people that the Romans and Catholics killed, including two or three of the disciples. The Saints are those who keep God's commandments.

I dont care who the Romans killed.
What I do care about is the word of God.
You can blame anyone you want for whoevers death but who you blame isnt the word of God.

If Jesus said all the blood shed upon the earth then thats what he said.
If you say that I am wrong then you are saying the same about the word of God.

Simply put,you was wrong.

Let me reword this for you. There rejection of Christ changed the future.

How can what was predestined change the future?
It was foretold in prophecy that they would, and that changed the future from what could have been. What has been predestined is a result of mans actions past, present, and future.

It can't Andrew. Thanks for pointing that out.

This Biblical Truth is a hard one for many to swallow, but as you know, I agree with your assessment. Cover to cover, the word of God speaks much about Jerusalem and it's inhabitants, but says nothing about the Romans, in this capacity anyway. As soon as you start looking in the Word unbiased, it pops up all over scripture.

Mathew 11;22
But I say unto you,It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgement than for you.

Jesus speaking to the cities of Chorazin and Bethsaida.
These two cities are in Israel where Tyre and Sidon are outside of Israel.
There was a time when I would ask myself what would take place in Chorazin and Bethsaida before the day of Judgement that would not take place in Tyre and Sidon. After learning the connection between Jerusalem and Babylon the great,I understood.

Those inside of Israel worship the beast and take the mark of the beast where those outside of Israel(Tyre and Sidon)do not.

This is the punishment for those who worship the beast.
Rev 14;10
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God,which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation;and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.

This is who the punishment is given to.
Rev 16;19
And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell;and great Babylon came in remembrance before God,to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

This is why Jesus warned those who would listen to him to leave Judea before this time of vengeance in Luke 21;21-23.

You know, stange thing it will be that when the people in Israel take the mark of the beast ,not many people here are going to understand it is the mark of the beast.People have been taught thier entire lives that this abomination will be worldwide and the beast rules the entire world when in fact it doesnt. It rules over many peoples ,nations and tongues, which describes the people who dwell in Isreal today because they have come from all over the world to be with the beast.

Here is where you are going wrong. The word "Armageddon" is a misspelled word. The correct translation is "Mount of the congregation Zion." Israel splits into three parts, but it is inhabited later. Where as Mystery Babylon is never inhabited again.
Revelation 16:16 Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

17The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, "It is done!" 18Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since man has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. 19The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered Babylon the Great and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath. 20Every island fled away and the mountains could not be found.

Joel 3:20
Judah will be inhabited forever and Jerusalem through all generations.

Zechariah 14:11
It will be inhabited; never again will it be destroyed. Jerusalem will be secure.
  • Revelation 18:21.Then a mighty angel picked up a boulder the size of a large millstone and threw it into the sea, and said:
    "With such violence
the great city of Babylon will be thrown down,
    never to be found again.

Before saying I was wrong, you should reread what I wrote and try to understand it this time.

At what time has Jerusalem been secure and who was it secure from?

Jerusalem will be secured in the future. It is the 7 thunders who secure it. Six men and a man with a writing kit. One candle stick is removed. And so the center lamp will be for the congregation in heaven.

If its talking about the future then how do you know its not talking about a new Jerusalem?
You know .The one that will never be destroyed. The one whos builder is God and not that city called Jerusalem who thinks she is and there is no other city of God besides her?

Babylon the great whore is Moscow which sits on 7 hills and many waters (5 seas).
Jerusalem does not sit on 7 hills or any water.

I am left with the impression that there are Catholics here to muddy the waters, to say anything that would divert attention from themselves.

Perhaps you should pay more attention to scripture.

Rev17;15
And he saith unto me,The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

The many waters the scripture is speaking of are people from many countries.

Here are the demographics of Israel copied from Wikipedia

As of 2009, Israel's population is 7.5 million.[3] Israel has two official languages, Hebrew and Arabic.[1] Hebrew is the primary language of the state and is spoken by the majority of the population. Arabic is spoken by the Arab minority and Jews who immigrated to Israel from Arab lands (by 2002 these Jews and their descendants constituted about 40% of Israel's population).[241] As of 2008, Arab citizens of Israel comprise just over 20% of the country's total population.[242]

Many Israelis communicate reasonably well in English, as many television programs are in English and English is taught from the early grades in elementary school. As a country of immigrants, many languages can be heard on the streets. Due to mass immigration from the former Soviet Union and Ethiopia (some 120,000 Ethiopian Jews live in Israel)[243] Russian and Amharic are widely spoken.[244] Between 1990 and 1994, the Russian immigration increased Israel's population by twelve percent.[245] Out of more than one million Russian-speaking immigrants in Israel,[246] about 300,000 are not Jewish.[247]

Over the last decade, large numbers of migrant workers from Romania, Thailand, China, Africa and South America have settled in Israel. Exact figures are unknown as many of them are living in the country illegally,[248] but estimates run in the region of 200,000.[249] Over 16,000 African asylum seekers have entered Israel in recent years.[250]

No mdo757, don't interpret what our Lord Jesus said there in Matthew 23:35 to be pointing to all Israel, for He said that SPECIFICALLY to the blind scribes and Pharisees. If you'll study the Old Testament histories, you'll discover a lot of those blind scribes and Pharisees were "crept in unawares" not even of Israel, but leftovers from the nations of Canaan, Nethinims, scribes descended of the Kenites.

Jesus called them Jerusalem.
Mat 23;37
O Jerusalem,Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gatherd thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her children under her wings, and ye would not!
