was the bell on the ground?

was the bell attached to samething?

did the bell give off a ring?

did the bell give off a dong?

did the rope attach to the bell?

did the rope attach to a door?

was the bell the size of a soda can?

was the rope attached to a stage curtain?

was the bell used as a musical instument?

About that size

No

No

(remember, it is outside - where outside? Desert? Forest? etc...)

UGH, sorry

was the bell on a train?

was the man walking the train tracks?

did the rope break from the whistle on the train?

Sorry, no to all those, but keep trying. It will be easier to find out where it is not what it is connected to, once you know where, you will only have a couple choices as to what.

You have got to be kidding! I thought for sure I nailed it. The train whistle rope broke, the blind man walking the tracks, the train hit and rung his bell, and the guy died.........................all for not. You're toying with me aren't you?

sigh

was the bell elevated?

was the bell attached to something that could move?

did this take place recently?

Dude! Ask me questions about location first (forest, desert, ocean, air, etc...)

elevated? - a little

Move? Yes

Recently? doesn't matter

Alright BABE!

Did this take place at the:

Ocean?

dessert?

forest?

field?

mountain?

stream?

River?

street?

highway?

subway?

was the bell located on a bouy?

was the bell located on a boat?

was the rope attached to the boat?

was the rope attached to a sail?

was the rope attached to a gate?

was the rope attached to a mast?

No

Here, let me say the riddle again, it happened exactly in this order:

1. The rope broke
2. The bell rang (you know the bell is attached to a bouy on the ocean)
3. The man died (you already know he was blind and fell to his death)

a blind man was parasailing or waterskiing, the rope broke, he sailed or skiied into the bouy, and then died

LOL! Um....No

Here is another hint, what do blind people rely on?

they rely on their walking stick

actually they rely on taste, smell, touch, and hearing. :D

True, but, only one of those is relevant in this case.
