PS: questdriven: I think you said that your brother had it done in one ear only, as well. Blessings.

My pets were next.Playing around with this site: http://www.cartoonize.net/
The options it has, though, aren't quite what I was looking for. The closest thing I found was the anime face maker I linked to a few posts back.
Still, off the "cartoonize" website I did come up with one image I quite liked. It reminds me of an oil painting, and I love the details.

Actual photo of me, that's kinda how the website works...it edits photos.

I'm going to wear this tail I bought to the Rock tonight. I saw someone else there wearing one, and I was like, ooh, I need to get me one of those. And then they were selling some at an anime con I went to this weekend. So I bought one. And a set of cat/wolf ears.
Yes, they actually sell animals ears and tails that people can wear. xD I would have loved that stuff as a kid, was always pretending to be a dog back then. I don't think they really sold them then, though, except as part of a costume.
No. You attach the tail to your belt on the back of your pants. Although I don't wear belts, so I have to use a safetypin. And the ears go on your head.Interesting. So is it sort of a necklace?
Blessings.

Just so we're clear, these things are made of fabric.
What I'm talking about looks something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Blue-Furry-Fox-Tail-and-or-Ears-Cosplay-Accessories-/110886699623Oh okay. Kind of like a trapper's gear, I suppose. Up here they might be associated with traditional First Nations gear.
I think some people also like the idea of a sort of feather pendant as an earring, whether as a pair or for one ear; I think I've seen them.
Blessings.
What I'm talking about looks like this:
More like something to wear to conventions. Or just for fun. I've been wearing mine around the house. My cat keeps trying to play with the tail. Now I know what my dog feels like. (The cat will grab his tail and start playing with it randomly.)I pulled it up. Kind of like an accessory for fancy dress at a party, I guess.
Blessings.
Also I deleted the first link and edited it to add a new one.I pulled it up. Kind of like an accessory for fancy dress at a party, I guess.

If I were my fursona (animal version of me), this would be me and my cat:Sounds like you are 'cat and mouse' together, or something like that!
(I think you ref. in the other post to a single earring was about something else.)
It used to be that insects (stone beetles, etc.) were popular as jewelry, also.
Blessings.

I like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silver-and-Red-Pawprint-earrings-/161191599582?hash=item2587c49ddeEbay also has quite a lot of single pendants for wearing singly, rather than as a pair.

I hadn't realized the single earring pendants were so popular.
I could wear only one of them at a time. These are for both ears, though.
Blessings.

Actually, I like this type better: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Solid-925-S..._Watches_FineJewellery_CA&hash=item4ace47726a
