I believe Judas was saved. He repented of his sin before he hanged himself having betrayed Jesus to the Sanhedrin.
While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name; those thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition, that the scripture might be fulfilled.
John 17:12
The son of perdition is the antichrist. This then would be saying Judas was kept. In him were the scriptures fulfilled in that even Jesus told him to go and betray him as Jesus knew he was meant to do.
