God's Great Free Gift of Salvation for Everyone

That scrip' has nothing to do with a nature.
It is about the vessel.
If you want to give your skin and bones the power to commit sin, then you would be right.
It is the mind that controls the vessel.
Those reborn of God's seed now have his divine nature.
We have two natures the nature of Adam and the nature of Christ. This can cause trouble, Galatians 5:17.

Not after rebirth we don't.
You are pursuing a doctrine of double mindedness.
Holy and corrupt at the same time.
Pick which you will be.
When we accept Christ as our savior, we only receive the first fruits of the Spirit or the down payment. We still have our unredeemed Adamic bodies that are prone to sin, Romans 8:23. This is why Paul struggled with sin, Romans 7:7-25.

I don't call it Calvinism or Armenian, I call it common sense. God does not create dumb robots.

[Jhn 6:65-66 KJV]
65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
66 From that [time] many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

[Jhn 12:37-40 KJV]
37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:
38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?
39 Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,
40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with [their] eyes, nor understand with [their] heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.

The God that you believe in is not in the Bible. The God of the Bible is longsuffering and not willing that any should perish, 2 Peter 3:9. Your God is a heartless tyrant that delights in sending people to hell before they are born. How can you trust in him?

But you are arminian and deny the Glory of God. You teach that there are sinners that Christ died for, 3who will yet die in their sins He died for, because you condition salvation on the doing of man.

My God - who is God - is none of those things you accuse Him of, and if you looked /thought about it closely enough you would see that. Instead, you seem to want to define Him into a God of your liking, rather than of accepting Him as He revealed Himself in the Bible. The verses I posted were taken directly from the Bible -- they did not originate with me - how then can you refute or disagree with them, that is, unless you don't believe in the Bible as God's sole revelation and word? Your disagreement therefore is actually a disagreement with the Bible itself. To truly grasp the Bible, we must allow it to define itself whether or not we like or find pleasant that which we are reading or whether or not it conforms to our perception of what we think it should say.

By the way, the "not willing that any should perish" is referring to the elect which is made clear in 2 Peter 1:1-3.
It was not intended to encompass or include everyone.

[2Pe 1:1-3 KJV]
1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that [pertain] unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

2 Pet 3:9 is about Gods Elect, and they wont perish, and God Christ will give them repentance Acts 5:31

Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins

See Jesus is a Saviour to the Elect and gives them repentance, and forgiveness of sins.

Correct and from the first epistle he wrote to the same group, he identifies them as the elect of God 1 Pet 1:2

2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

and lets not forget 1 Pet 2:9

9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

The word chosen here in Vs 9 is the same greek word for elect in 1 Pet 1:2

Has your hand ever committed a sin?
Your eyes?
If yes, then Jesus said it would be better for you to chop it off or pluck it out than to be destroyed.
Those are your options, so get chopping.
OR, you can repent of sin and get baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of past sins and be reborn from God's non-Adamic seed.
Your choice.

Jesus was teaching that the law is spiritual, it searches the desires and the intent of the heart, Hebrews 4:12.

There are two ways to sin.
1. With your flesh.
2. With your mind.

Even if you accept Christ as your savior your sinner status does not change. We come into the world as sinners, and we go out as sinners, Romans 3:10. Some are saved sinners. Some are lost sinners.

The elect are those that have elected to believe in Jesus for their salvation.

God chose all of humanity in Jesus Christ before the foundation of the world.

God chose all of humanity in Jesus Christ before the foundation of the world.
Really? How did they manage to elect themselves before the foundation of the world or before they were born?
God chose only certain people to salvation, not everyone.

Jesus claims to be the savior of the whole world, John 3:17. He saves the world by providing salvation for the whole world, so that WHOSOEVER that calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved, Romans 10:13.

Robert,
What do these verses tell you?

[Eph 1:4-6 KJV]
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

Those scriptures do not say that God has predestinated anyone to heaven or to hell. You have been deceived.
God chose all of humanity in Jesus Christ before the foundation of the world, Ephesians 1:4. Jesus is the savior of the whole world, because he has provided salvation for the whole world, Hebrews 2:9. God sees ALL THINGS in Jesus Christ, as far as God is concerned Jesus has defeated sin, death and the devil and now sits in heaven as, "The King of Kings and the Lord of Lords" Revelation 19:16. You need to trust in him for your salvation.

God chose only certain people to salvation, not everyone.
Those that trust in Christ for their salvation are the elect. They became the elect by trusting in Christ for their salvation.
8,000 Jews became Christians by hearing and believing Peters Gospel, Acts 2:1-47. Read about it.

"holy and without blame" means saved; "predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ unto himself"
means saved; "he made us accepted in the beloved" means saved. If someone becomes saved, they will go to heaven.
Should you trust in Him as Saviour, then you do so only because you have been saved, not the reverse.... but... should you believe that you must do something for it, then you are NOT trusting in Him as Saviour but yourself, which would make you your own saviour and Christ profits you nothing.
