God's Great Free Gift of Salvation for Everyone

You believe that God is a heartless, mean, cruel, tyrant that predestinates people to hell before they are born.
Yes God did predestine some people to hell before they were born, and you need to be careful on what you call God for what He has done. He did this in Justice, all sinners deserved hell, and He owes no one Grace, and can give it or withhold as He pleases, you have a problem with that ?

And as you say, if God hadn't done it that way and instead left us our own means, then no one could/would be saved

Yes. None of us deserved Grace that saves, and yet God was Gracious, and Merciful enough to apply it to some, the rest get whats deserved for their sins against God.

The "some" is the whole world, 1 John 2:2. God so loved the world, not just some, John 3:16. Salvation has been provided for everyone, Hebrews 2:9. So that, "Whosoever that shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved" Romans 10:13. I have scripture, you have nothing but hot air.

No, not at all.I do believe God is HOLY and JUST. I believe the biblical testimony. Do you believe in this God ?

14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.

15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

19 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?

20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?

21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:

23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

Robert. Now that your secret agenda of hating the doctrines of grace and those who hold to the teaching, do you find yourself in the position of Paul's objector in Romans 9, blaming God for mans sin, finding fault with God???

In Romans 9:22 It says, "What if?". "What if" is not what God does. You want to believe that God is a mean, unjust, tyrant that condemns people to hell for no reason.

You don't get it.

We are all sinners without works. No one deserves to go to hell. We are all victims of Adam's sin. God out of the goodness of his heart has provided salvation for everyone that wants to be saved, Hebrews 2:9. Many don't want to be saved because they love their sins.

The some are the elect.

So now it seems you teach that sinners against God dont deserve to go to hell. You going from bad to worse !

No one is elected or chosen. God chose all of humanity in Jesus Christ. The elect are those that have elected to trust in Christ for their salvation.
More unbiblical foolishness; God did the electing before the world was..your hatred for CaL.TRuth, which is simply biblical truth is driving you to theological madness

9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;

2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

Do you hate the word ELECTION? Ordained, predestined,?

You don't understand spiritual things. Do I need to tell you why?
Because I have been given a new heart and have the Spirit, I can freely understand the things of God.
I knew from your first post on the other board you were off, remember, one of the men told me, no I think he understands...I said no. he has missed it, and you have grown worse thinking that your posts make sense, they do not, but are error filled.

The elect are those who have elected to trust Christ, ..really?
They did not exist before the world was! yet they elected to choose Christ??? a novelty for sure.

So in their prefallen state they chose to trust....do you have a handful of verses to show on this to show all the church and confessions have this wrong??

I only have one scripture for you.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" John 3:16.

What you have is religion. The Calvinist religion, that was conceived by the mind of a heretic.

I only have one scripture for you.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" John 3:16.
And you do not understand that one;
15 that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during,

16 for God did so love the world, that His Son -- the only begotten -- He gave, that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during.
