Hi Mitspa,
Why are you using exclamation points and Woes? I don't think that is the fruit of the Spirit we should be looking to produce. We are friends, Mitspa.
Here is a good example of walking in the Spirit:
Colossians 3:12-13
New King James Version (NKJV)
Character of the New Man
12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
You have to admit these would be great qualities to be able to manifest.
