Where are the flying cars? Where are the houses and movie theatres suspended in air?Where are the jet packs that you put on your back?That is what I always thought it would be like now.

people cant drive cars. imagine a mid air collision at 35000 ft. don't call for the rescue, let the world below take cover.

I don't think they would be that high.Can you imagine getting in your flying car and it would only take you 5 minutes to get to work instead of one hour?

a car traveling where? five minutes. landing strips on roofs? uhm hovering helicopter isn't easy. it takes hours of training. its not something everyone can do. factors to consider just on hovering

visibility during inclimate weather, big problem during snow and rain
WIND, that will push you away
finnaly biggest concern, FOD, airports have people whom clean the strips. how much trash in the side of the road? a lot and what happens when it gets sucked into the turbo fans and props. simple boom and crash, with a helicopter is autogyrate and hope it is intact enough for live

normal flying issues
gas mileage is far worse, wind resistance to the direction of travel
air traffic, in florida no matter if its the Miami international airport is the destination and you are flying from Canada you will start your descent over Georgia. too much air traffic as birds are landing and taking off, where I live we have the largest amount of small crafts taking off. imagine its 2 am and im coming for a landing that noise will wake you!
 
the jetson debuted in 62, they are copy of the flinstones, in fact often referred as the flintstones in space. all but the actress who plays judy are dead.janet waldo is still alive.

George ohanlon, daws bulter, mel blanc, penny singleton are all dead.

no, its gotta to be planned, besides flying cars have been built and found to be undoable, the first one that was done was produced before the 60's jetsons.

where I live we have about 5 private airstrips were one' garage has a bird ready to take off. I can post the pics of them if you like. I should have learned to fly years ago.

I don't know who made that picture, but they're mistaken. The first movie starts in 1985 and Marty goes back in time 30 years to 1955. In Back to the Future Part II, Doc, Marty and Jennifer go forward in time 3o year to 2015, and then have to go back to 1955 again to fix things that were messed up in 1985. At the end of that movie, Doc disappears. In Part III, we find out that he's gone back to 1885, and Marty goes back to get him and bring him back to 1955 and then goes back to 1985, where everything is finally good. All the years end in "5".

Oh I was very young.But I do remember them..Your picture reminds me of a little girl I used to play with when I was about 3. :) Or is that you?
