Pre-trib Rapture is not scriptural

and after the Rapture what?

The destruction and removal of the wicked, whereby the righteous will shine like the sun, with immortal bodies that will never die.

41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear! Matthew 13:41-43

and again

34 Jesus answered and said to them, “The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage. 35 But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; 36 nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. Luke 20:34-36

a falling away/defection/apostasy~apostasia the root of strong's 648 is from 647 something separative, i.e. (specially) divorce:--(writing of) divorcement.

If the "falling away/apostasy" is from word for "writing of divorcement" then wouldn't the Quran be that letter of divorcement?

The "in the plural, people" & "son/kinship" and "damnable nation" fits together also with Great Nation of Esau's Kin?
Hi Mark, Strongs Greek interpretations are not infallible. A more in depth study of "apostasia" would help. But here is the fact, Since the Church in Rome, apostasy has increased that now out numbers born again believers. Look at all the denominations and different gospels....that are not the Gospel of Christ, yet the man of sin has not yet been revealed. The best and closest interpretation for "apostasia" is departure. Not from the Gospel, which has already and has been going on since the beginning, but the "departure" of the Church from the earth to be with the Lord.

What most people do not realize is that Revelations, which means the unveiling as in future end time events before Jesus returns, is not for Israel as God divorced Israel, but saved a remnant unto Himself that were faithful to Him. Rev is for everyone one here on earth as a warning to repent before the door of Salvation is closed forever.

Israel lost her right to be called Gods chosen people as they fell into idolatry worshipping other gods as they allowed themselves to fall from Gods grace as they followed the lust of their own hearts, 1Kings 9:1-9. God’s judgment against them led them to be captured, 605 – 537 B.C., by Nebuchadnezzar into Babylon for seventy years while Nebuchadnezzar’s army killed many Jews in Judah and Jerusalem destroying the whole city of Jerusalem including the first Temple that was built through King Solomon’s reign in Jerusalem.

The second Temple was built under Ezra’s leadership and then Israel started practicing Judaism and their Temple was desecrated as part of an effort to impose Greek-oriented culture and customs on the entire population. Roman rule refurbished the temple as Herod, Romans vassal king, rules the land of Israel. In 70 A.D. the Temple is once again destroyed. The Temple Mount was taken over in 691 A.D. as the Arab nation built the Dome of the Rock and there has not been any other Temple built since that time on the original Temple Mount.

God gave Israel 490 years to repent. They were set free from Babylon when the Medes and Persian conquered Babylon (Chaldeans) around 538 B.C. They were allowed back in the land and to rebuild the city of Jerusalem, however, they still did not repent for their sin of idol worshipping and they continued to receive punishment from God as the kingdom was taken away and eventually taken over by the Roman Empire. Malachi Chapter 4.

The 490 years were up and the Jews not only did not repent but they killed the very Messiah they had been waiting for as well as in 24 A.D. they made an opened display of rejecting the Gospel message as they stoned Stephen being the final messenger that was sent to give them their last chance to repent. The Jews were now rejected as God’s chosen people and were no different from the Gentiles as from that time forth each individual, Jew and Gentile has to make their own decision to accept or reject Jesus as Lord and Savior, John 3:3-7; Romans 10:9, 10. The disciples were called first to preach to the Jews, Matthew 10:6, and Paul was called to preach to the Gentiles, Acts 22:21. God has saved a remnant out of the twelve tribes of Israel even up to a thousand generations that have always been faithful to Him, Exodus 20:1-6; Psalms 105:7, 8, but those who have yet to accept Jesus as Messiah God will continue to cut them off.

2Peter 2:9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
2Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

More or less.that or post military but post mil isn't something I see in you

That's why I do not like putting labels on things like this as it can be confusing to many. What I am is someone who truly believes we are that army in Rev 19 that are clothed in fine linen, white and clean as we are caught up, or as some like to call it raptured, at this time to the marriage supper, not a real supper with food and drink, but the marriage of we joining Christ. We are the first resurrection of Christ who are caught up to the clouds to meet Christ in the air and immediately come back with Him as He fights the final battle after God destroys this mystery Babylon Empire that has always persecuted the saints of God killing the prophets, saints and even nailed Jesus to the cross. Jesus at this time will make an end to all abominations here on earth (sin), cast Satan into the lake of fire with the beast and false prophet who is the son of perdition, then God purifies the heaven and earth making it new again and ushers down the New Jerusalem where we will then be with the Lord forever.

Because, you fail to understand the Bible as a whole record and prophecy of Past, present and future events , that all Scripture is a part of one purpose in God's creation of man, to create out of mankind a people of His own. God never intended for man to live in this body forever, But He planted us men as a seed to cultivate out of that seed a Holy Creation to live, fellowship and share in His heavenly Kingdom. (John 14:2) (Psalms 23) (1 Cor. 15:39-50) (Heb. 12:22-28) (Heb. 11:13-18) The administration of that kingdom will be His Body (His Church) (1 Cor. 6:2-3) (Rev. 1:6)

From (Gen. 11:10 to John 21:25) is about only Israel (Matt. 15:21-24) The Church is only mentioned to be called out at an appointed time. (Matt. 16:13-20) (Christ says HE WILL BUILD, NOT I'AM BUILDING). From (Gen. 1:1 to 11:9) God dealt with all men the same. The first mention of a Savior for man is in (Gen. 3:14-15). But God knew (before creation) if man did not obey, He would need a Savior, and He would give of Himself to harvest a Kingdom in His image by conforming men by grace in the image of Christ (complete conformity) (Gen. 1:26-27) (Gen. 6:5-7) (Rom. 8:28-34). There should be no discussion about free will to choose good or evil, or rather to obey or disobey. Scripture makes that clear (Gen. 2:15-17; Gen. 3:1-6, 17) (Isaiah 14:12-14).

It is MY thought that when God created the angels (with free will), they were created with a heavenly body. The heavenly body is not subject to the pangs of sin like the mortal body. When man sins, the results can be felt in the flesh (disease, blindness, sickness, death, loss of body parts, sadness, grief, Hunger, famine, sorrows), all of these things are not known to angels, they do not even understand Salvation! (1 Pet. 1:9-12) So by the flesh, sin shows it's ugly and deadly results. So God planted us in the flesh (not the body that He wanted, (1 Cor. 15:35-50) but the seed to be cultivated into a heavenly immortal body) So be that the planted body (seed) produced fruit , but if not (Matt. 13:24-30) (John 15:1-8)

The birth of Israel and the promises starts with Abraham (Abrahamic Covenant) Genesis Chapter 12, and will also benefit all Gentile nations (Gen. 12:2-3) (Rom. 15:9-13). From Genesis chapter 12 to John Chapter 21 is about Israel, The Gentile nations only being included as they touch Israel. The Acts (of the Apostles) to Revelation Chapter 4 is Church Doctrine. Revelations chapter 5 thru Chapter 22 is about the warnings and promises of Israel and the TRIBULATION they will experience, and the New Heaven and Earth into eternity.
The promises to Abraham were also confirmed to his son Issac and Jacob. Then came the slavery of Israel in Egypt...Then the Exodus from Egypt; The Law under Moses and Arron ; 40 years in the desert. As Moses comes to his end, God instructs Moses to explain the Blessings of obedience and the curses for disobedience before they enter the promised land. Since the capture of Israel and Judah, (which is the cursing God warned Israel of in Deuteronomy if they were disobedient) Chapters 28 thru 30. The Jew has been under the rule of the Gentile, even to this day, and it will be that way until the "times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.(Luke 21:20-24)

for His glory, if you want to understand the events in the Revelation of Jesus the Christ, you are going to have to read these chapters in Deuteronomy..... I will continue this in the next post.....unless your not interested.

You do not need to go any further as I have given you an answer in post #425. Revelation is a study starting with Genesis Chapter 1 an ending in Revelation Chapter 22 as you need the whole to understand all the different parts.

Now I understand, why you do not understand what I posted.

What comes after the Resurrection ?
The Resurrection/Rapture of the Church is followed by the Judgment Seat of Christ (for Christians) and then the Marriage of the Lamb. It is only after this that the Second Coming of Christ (to execute judgement on the unbelieving and the ungodly) takes place. Christ comes WITH His saints, because He already came FOR His saints at the Resurrection/Rapture.

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. (Jude 14,25).

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
(2 Thess 1:7-10).

Being caught up to the clouds to meet Jesus in the air is only a one time event when Jesus returns as He does not come back twice. His second coming is for the gathering of His saints and to make an end to all abominations that cause desolation, or in another word, make an end to sin and then God ushers down the new Jerusalem.

Jude 14 says the Lord comes with ten thousands, emphasis on the "s", of his saints. Those saints are we who are gathered together in the clouds to meet Jesus in the air and come back with Him as His army.

2Thess 1 Paul is speaking to the Church of Thessalonians as they have stood strong in their patience and faith that is Christ Jesus during their persecutions and tribulations that came against them. Those who were troubled by the persecutions and tribulations, Paul is telling them to rest with them, meaning Paul, Silvanus and Timotheus as this is Gods righteous judgement on them as they remain worthy of the kingdom of God as they will continue to suffer as all will suffer that are in Christ before He returns.

The resurrection is the last day . What happens after the last day?

Isa 9:7 - Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

For all those who believe in a pretrib rapture before what you like to call "The Great Tribulation" and we are all out of here
First of all there is no the Great tribulation, it is Great Tribulation.

Next, all the body of Christ will not be out of here, there is one portion of the Church that receives that reward, and that is one part of the bride of Christ. They and the other part of the bride are present in heaven with Jesus when He receives His own throne in Rev 4:2 prior to the first three and one-half years of Great tribulation is called the Temptation that is to come upon all the world in Rev 3:10. How did those alive when Jesus came in the air escape? Keeping the word of Jesus’ patience, or patiently keeping the word of God.

There is to be a second three and one-half years of tribulation none of the Church will be present on earth for, and that is described in Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Why is the Church missing this? They are caught up prior to it; call it rapture or what you will as we see them in Rev 7:13-14 & Rev 14:1.
What would the purpose of the mark of the beast even be if we are taken up to be with Jesus as you say the Church will not be here at that time. Wouldn't you think that once we were caught up to be with Jesus that God would at that time as even in the twinkling of an eye just send everyone who's names are not found in the Lamb's Book of Life to the lake of fire immediately so He could usher down the New Jerusalem. Why would God take up all of us and only leave two witnesses, which could not cover all the nations anyway, and then come back and rapture the two.
From my understanding there is to be one Great White Throne judgment, and that is to include all whose names are not written in the book of life according to Rev 2:12-13.
Revelations means the unveiling as John was never caught up to the third heaven, but only in the Spirit while being a prisoner on the isle of Patmos when Jesus sent the angel to him to give him warnings of what to look for before Jesus returns and instructed to send what he wrote to the seven Churches which we are all apart of.
This sounds much like Paul in 2 Co 12:2. I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. I do see where John is invited to come up hither in Rev 4:1, and that was to God’s throne in the third heaven.
